Meet Our Director, Veronica
I’m Veronica, the Director of Peppermint Lane Services. I’ve worked in the disability sector for more than 17 years and have loved every part of it. Over the years, I’ve taken on roles including Support Worker, Employment and Training Consultant, Service Manager, Coordinator, and Rostering Lead.
I started Peppermint Lane in 2022 to provide flexible, person-centred support for people in our community. My goal is to make sure every person we work with feels heard, supported, and able to reach their goals in a way that works for them.
No two days are ever the same, and that’s what I love most about this work — the people, the stories, and the chance to make a real difference.
